Someone I work for asked me if I wanted to pick up bags full of vinyl because he wanted to get rid of them because of a move... I love doing the "Music Golddigger" so I said yes directly. I sat down this afternoon to rummage through these bags and this vinyl with this beautiful cover falls into my hands. What a surprise... I felt mesmerized by the album, as if I was crossing a world apart. I’m used to listening to everything but not that sort of thing. What a pleasure it is to have been carried away. I’m totally new to this, so if by any chance you have other suggestions, I’m really interested in. All music discovers are welcome, from any style. Absolutely gorgeous piece of music from Peter Hammill. I first heard this in Glasgow around 1983 and it totally destroyed every bit of music for me until around 1993. Basically until grunge. Anyhow people, enjoy, it is glorious.
